Description
March 5, 2024
A small plane has crashed on an interstate in Nashville, Tenn., killing five Canadians who were on board. Mike Drolet reports on what witnesses say they saw, and what happened just moments after the pilot reported a total loss of engine power. Public health officials are getting more concerned about measles, which is highly infectious, spreading across Canada. The symptoms to watch for, and what people who are already vaccinated against the virus need to know. A state funeral will be held for Brian Mulroney in Montreal on March 23. Dawna Friesen speaks with Ben Mulroney, the eldest son of the former prime minister, about how he and his family are grieving, and who was among the first to call him and offer condolences. Plus, it's no laughing matter: Why Just for Laughs is pulling the plug on this year's Montreal shows, and what that loss could mean for the city.
