ROME - A strong earthquake has been felt in northern Italy.

News reports said it was felt strongly in Genoa on Friday, and residents in Milan said they felt the temblor, which lasted about 10-15 seconds.

On Wednesday, a magnitude-5 earthquake shook a wide area of northern Italy from Verona to Genoa. No injuries or serious damage were reported.

There were no immediate reports of injuries or damage from Friday's quake.
