Halifax Mayor Peter Kelly was absent from Tuesday's council meeting, sparking speculation he was avoiding reporters and the public in the wake of news reports about his handling of a will. Unfortunately for the mayor, Halifax's most sarcastic tweeps didn't take the day off.
